Affordable Vietnamese pho with just-so-so service.
The owner of the restaurant is Chinese, but the pho is quite good given the price you pay.
A bowl of pho costs less than 10 euros💰. For 4 euros, you can get 12 dumplings! The dumplings are better than the pho in my opinion!
Unfortunately the service was disappointing and slow (only 1 stuff serving tables and at the cashier).
