Stylish, retro cool terrace rooftop overlooking the river and railroads.
Located in Santa Apolonia, this rooftop is called Ferroviario, which means the rails in English. Suggested by the name, this spot is at water-front and very close to the train station (you can see the railroads from here).
Through the building's small gate, there is walk-up leading to the open, stylish, tropical vibe terrace. Besides a view of the river, it offers small plates to share and a list of cocktails.

It's almost perfect. If I must nitpick - the distance from the city (must take a Uber).
